01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the Captain platform ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use our services. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

03 Nature of Services

Captain is a private document facilitation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, including but not limited to UIDAI (Aadhaar) or the Income Tax Department (PAN). Our services assist users in preparing and submitting form applications. Final approval, processing, or rejection of any submission is solely at the discretion of the relevant government authorities.

04 Wallet and Payments

• Each form submission deducts a service fee (currently ₹20.00) from your wallet balance.
• Wallet top-ups are processed through UPI. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
• All payments are non-refundable once a submission has been processed.
• We are not liable for failed or delayed bank transactions outside our control.

05 User Responsibilities

• You must not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide in form submissions.
• You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Sharing accounts, attempting unauthorized access, or exploiting vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.

06 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the platform's code.
• Use the service to generate fraudulent or counterfeit documents.
• Impersonate another person or provide false identity details.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users.

07 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for unlawful purposes. Upon termination, any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited.

08 Limitation of Liability

Captain shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to financial loss, rejected applications, data loss, or service interruptions. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

09 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage you to contact us first to attempt to resolve any issues amicably.

10 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Indian law.
